Apartment 3A

This sunny one-bedroom apartment features a spacious living room furnished with a futon couch that folds out for guests, dining table and chairs, coffee table, telephone, broadcast TV (cable service can be arranged by long-term guests from Time Warner Cable for stays of three months or more), and a decorative fireplace. There is cool air conditioning in the summertime and cozy steam heat when it’s cold outside.

The bedroom has a full-sized bed, dresser, wardrobe, its own radiator, and its own air conditioning unit.

The kitchenette includes a gas stove, under-counter refrigerator, and microwave oven and is supplied with all the cookware, utensils, china and flatware needed for two to four people.

The clean, private bathroom includes sink, toilet, shower, and bathtub.

Linens and towels are provided. It is up to you to launder them as necessary during your stay. There is a laundromat at the corner with drop-off service as well as coin-operated machines.

There is cool air conditioning in the summertime and cozy steam heat when it’s cold outside.

This apartment features French doors that open to a lovely view of the gardens below.

The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, dresser, closet, its own radiator, ceiling fan and its own air conditioning unit. The kitchenette includes a gas stove, refrigerator, and microwave oven and is supplied with all the cookware, utensils, china and flatware needed for two to four people.

The fully renovated, private bathroom includes sink, toilet, shower, and bathtub.
