Booking information

First, check availability of the B&B room.

If there is a room available, you can make a reservation by telephone (+1 917-992-3627) or e-mail. There is a three-night minimum for all bookings.

To hold your reservation, we require an advance deposit. After you have contacted us with your desired dates, we will send you a PayPal invoice via e-mail. You can make the advance deposit with any major credit card, or with your PayPal account. (Note: you do not need to open a PayPal account to make this payment.)

As an alternative, after you’ve contacted us, you can send a check from a US bank, or travelers’ checks in US dollars, made payable to Dupuy Holdings, LLC, to our mailing address:

We will e-mail a receipt for your advance deposit once we’ve received it, and that will be your full confirmation. The balance is payable upon arrival, in cash or travelers’ checks in US dollars, or with major credit cards or PayPal.

Advance deposits are fully refundable up to two weeks before the reservation; cancellations after that time receive no refund. Changes to bookings resulting in a shorter stay will be considered cancellations, and will only be eligible for refund if they are made at least two weeks before the reservation.
