First, check availability of the guest room.
If the guest room is available for your desired dates, you can make a reservation by telephone (+1 646-770-0433) or e-mail. There is a two-night minimum for guest room bookings, and a one month (or 30 night) minimum for apartments.
To hold your reservation, we require an advance deposit. After you have contacted us with your desired dates, we will send you a PayPal invoice via e-mail. You can make the advance deposit with any major credit card, or with your PayPal account. (Note: you do not need to open a PayPal account to make this payment.)
As an alternative, after you’ve contacted us, you can send a check from a US bank, or travelers’ checks in US dollars, made payable to Dupuy Holdings, LLC, to our mailing address:

We will e-mail a receipt for your advance deposit once we’ve received it, and that will be your full confirmation. The balance is payable upon arrival, in cash or travelers’ checks in US dollars, or with major credit cards or PayPal.
Advance deposits for guest rooms are refundable up to four weeks before arrival; cancellations after that time receive no refund. Advance deposits for apartments are refundable up to six weeks before arrival. If a reservation is partially cancelled (shorter stay) less than four weeks before arrival, the deposit will be reduced by the cost of the cancelled part of the reservation. Refunds are subject to a 4% cancellation fee.
