First, check availability of the apartments.

If we have availability for your desired dates, you can make a reservation by telephone (+1 646-770-0433) or e-mail. There is a one month (or 30 night) minimum for apartments.

To guarantee your reservation, we require an advance deposit. Advance deposits are refundable up to eight (8) weeks before arrival. If a reservation is partially cancelled (shorter stay) less than four weeks before arrival, the deposit will be reduced by the cost of the cancelled part of the reservation. Refunds are subject to a 4% cancellation fee.
