The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, dresser, closet, its own radiator, ceiling fan and its own air conditioning unit. The kitchenette includes a gas stove, refrigerator, and microwave oven and is supplied with all the cookware, utensils, china and flatware needed for up to four people.

The fully renovated, private bathroom includes sink, toilet, shower, and bathtub.
